Strategy

We facilitated an interactive digital strategy and personas workshop with the BMD team, identifying key audiences, their needs and important customer touch points with existing and potential new clients, existing employees and new recruits. These insights formed a strong set of personas which informed the digital strategy and BMD’s people and culture strategy.

Outcome

Building on the insights we gathered through the workshops, and informed by BMD’s values, we helped the team to communicate with purpose encapsulating their mission: To create places for nature and people to thrive. This approach also underpinned focus of their new website.
