Debbie Larrad
Founder and Strategist
Helping you navigate marketing comms with a sustainability lens so that you can move forward with transparency and purpose.
A leader in sustainability marketing and communications, Debbie specialises in purpose-led marketing that drives social and environmental impact. Before founding famille she was Managing Director of a leading London digital agency, with award-winning work including Best Regional Strategy for Paintworks in Bristol. She is certified in Sustainable Marketing, Media and Creative by the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, serves on the Marcomms and Influence advisory group for Rebuilding Nature Alliance, and is part of the CISL City Leaders group for Cambridge.
Naomi Taylor
Digital Media Coordinator
Supporting social media and web experiences that prioritise lower-carbon solutions and enhance audience engagement.
As famille’s Digital Media Coordinator, Naomi oversees client accounts and coordinates digital campaigns across projects, bringing together content, channels and community in one coordinated effort. Her creative skills were central to the International Tree Foundation project, which went onto win an industry award.
Abi Harvey
Social Media Executive and Paid Specialist
Connecting with audiences through creative strategy, inclusive content, social listening, and paid media.
Abi leads famille’s client accounts working at the intersection of community engagement, behaviour change and long-term communications strategy. She led the ideation behind the Away travel campaign and oversees influencer marketing and paid media across client projects.
