The challenge

No.1 Millbrook is a new community and development by Joseph Homes. Located on the former marching parade ground of Inglis Army Barracks on the Millbrook Park development in North West London. 144 Georgian inspired homes featuring three and four bedroom town houses and one and two bedroom apartments, completed in 2022. With the main phases coinciding with lockdown, we were tasked with developing sensitive social media strategy and paid campaigns which considered social and environmental impact of the development.

Strategy

No.1 Millbrook enjoys the best of both worlds with easy access to vast open spaces and the quiet village charm of Mill Hill and the appeal of the city. Our strategy built on this with a celebration of the local area, with social media as the driving channels to stimulate audience interest. We inspired the community to get involved in sharing ways to bring nature into the home with incentivised competitions, engaging videos and inspiring balcony makeovers.

Results

New home sales were reported with social media being the source of enquiry and overall positive sentiment was achieved throughout a particularly challenging time for the property sector, in the lead up to and during lockdown.
