To earn the Good Business Charter accreditation, famille adhere to the following ten principles: real living wage; fair hours and contracts; employee wellbeing; employee representation; equality, diversity and inclusion; environmental responsibility; pay fair tax; commitment to customers; ethical sourcing and prompt payment to suppliers. This website undergoes audits every 90 days with Eco Web Alliance to ensure compliance with the criteria for maintaining the carbon-conscious website standard.

We’ve pledged to be part of clean creatives, a movement of advertisers, PR professionals, and their clients cutting ties with fossil fuels.
We are strategists, creatives, and industry leaders who believe that fossil fuel clients represent a threat to our shared future. Over 1000 agencies have pledged to not work with fossil fuel clients.

Rebuilding Nature Alliance
Rebuilding Nature is an alliance of cross-sector organisations that want to invest in nature now because it is critical national infrastructure.
At famille, we believe the natural environment needs businesses to become part of the solution, and the time is now. By joining the Rebuilding Nature Alliance, we’re making a commitment to nature, the well-being of our team, our communities, and the planet we all share. We believe purposeful communication can help drive the collective action needed to restore and protect our most valuable infrastructure, the natural world
Pro bono support
Each year we donate time and resources to support charities and social enterprises. In 2024 we donated 175 hours of time to provide consultancy and hands on support from mentoring and growing skills within the communication and marketing teams and delivery of user expereince design, content and campaigns.
International Tree Foundation
Since 2022 we’ve been donating a percentage of our profits to support International Tree Foundation with community tree planting in Africa and The United Kingdom.
Since 2022 we’ve donated £4,000 to support ITF’s mission, and we’re taking the next step in our journey with famille’s Forest. You can see our annual donations and impact take shape here.

We joined the With Purpose Network so that we can connect with local good causes to help address the gap between wealth and poverty in Cambridge. Our support through the network is helping charities and social enterprises grow their impact. Since 2024 we have supported a social enterprise with their website launch, social media strategy, and social content creation. We’ve mentored a team member within Cambridge based Charity, It Takes A City to grow their confidence and skills to further their mission using digital media.
