Challenge
BMD’s core values underpin everything they do: growing communities, boosting biodiversity and promoting positive climate change. They required a new website to clearly communicate their purpose, and to support the next phase of growth for their business.
Strategy
We facilitated an interactive digital strategy and personas workshop with the BMD team, identifying key audiences, their needs and important customer touch points for existing and potential new clients, existing employees and new recruits. These insights informed a strong set of personas which underpinned the digital strategy and BMD’s people and culture strategy.
Results
We helped the team to articulate and communicate their purpose, encapsulating their mission and values: ‘To create places for nature and people to thrive’. The persona development ensured that the team kept their audiences at the heart of the user experience design for their new website.
