BMD’s core values underpin everything they do: growing communities, boosting biodiversity and promoting positive climate change. They required a new website to clearly communicate their purpose, and to support the next phase of growth for their business.
We facilitated an interactive digital strategy and personas workshop with the BMD team, identifying key audiences, their needs and important customer touch points for existing and potential new clients, existing employees and new recruits. These insights informed a strong set of personas which underpinned the digital strategy and BMD’s people and culture strategy.
